General Manager

Matt Brewer is the General Manager of Ramco Building Maintenance, a position he has held since 2006. He first joined the company in October 2002 as an account manager, where he quickly demonstrated his leadership and problem-solving abilities. Over the next four years, Matt’s deep understanding of operations and client relations led to his promotion to General Manager, where he has been running the company’s daily operations ever since. With over 18 years of experience in the building maintenance industry, Matt has cultivated a strong, dedicated team and fostered lasting partnerships with clients. He is known for his commitment to excellent customer service, effective communication, and building long-term relationships. Under his leadership, Ramco Building Maintenance has grown into a trusted name in the industry, and Matt continues to focus on operational excellence, ensuring the company delivers high-quality service to its clients every day.

With her unique perspective as both a long-term employee and the daughter of a seasoned supervisor, Angelica brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. Account Manager and Supervisor

Myles Brewer, Account Manager and Supervisor for Ramco Building Maintenance, has been with the company for over four years. As the son of the company’s General Manager, who has led Ramco for 24 years, Myles has grown up with a deep understanding of the business. He began his journey at Ramco during the COVID-19 pandemic, initially working on disinfecting services after attending college on a golf scholarship. Myles later supervised a team at a large warehouse, where his leadership skills and commitment to customer satisfaction were clearly demonstrated. Two years ago, he transitioned into sales and account management, where he has been instrumental in integrating new technologies to ensure the company’s continued growth and efficiency. His dedication to innovation and customer care has made him a key player in Ramco’s ongoing success.
