About Our Leadership Team
President
Matt Brewer
Matt Brewer is the President and Owner of Ramco Building Maintenance, a Wichita commercial cleaning company he joined in 2002 as its first dedicated sales hire for the new owner at the time, Paula Kirk. Over the next two decades, with Paula’s guidance, he helped build the business from the inside, earning the title of General Manager in 2005, a partial ownership stake in 2017, and full ownership alongside his wife, Maria, on January 1, 2026.
Matt leads with the same mindset he started with: do the right thing by your employees and your clients, and the results follow.
His philosophy on service is straightforward. Do your best to hire the right people, train them well, treat them with respect, and the quality of the work takes care of itself. That approach has produced relationships with Wichita businesses across multiple industries, many of which have been with Ramco for a decade or more.
Today, Matt focuses on the strategic direction of the company with the help of his son Myles and daughter Mia. Building a company the next generation can lead has been as intentional as every other decision Matt has made here.
